I don't know if these probiotics really helped or did not. Was looking for a probiotic without any fillers for a good price, these fit the bill. No side effects, I guess they are ok. Don't know how I really feel about them. They offer a free bottle for a review. Went through 2 bottles. Hope they did something positive for me. If anyone recommends a great probiotic , with clear results, let me know.
