This stuff is supposed to be super healthy for you. Or so they say. I’ve been talking it daily. It has a pretty nasty taste on its own, but you can mix it in some dessert or a shake. Terrasoul seems to be a a high quality brand. Their packaging is convenient and I haven’t had any issues so far.
