While this drink tastes good and is advertised as a “healthy” I don’t think it is. One serving is 270 calories and 56 grams of sugar. Although the sugars are naturally occurring in the fruit, this amount can negatively impact your blood-sugar levels. You would be better off getting a drink that is made with veggies.
