These supplements are dope. I suffer from anxiety and general mood disorder and this stuff completely regulates my mood. The anxiety alone was debilitating it’s so nice to be able to use a natural no pharmaceutical (killer side effects) to be able to balance your mood and rid yourself of that awful sometimes crippling anxiety. I think it has to do with the B12 deficiency wch has been linked to depression and anxiety. This saved my life guys.
So the Cosmos is pretty legit. It definitely induces a deep slumber and some really intense dreams. You wake up feeling great. I can't say the Lun or Sol do anything as I haven't felt an instant affect like with the Cosmos but they do say you have to keep at it to see and I've only tried the Lun and Sol a few times.
OMG ladies. For anyone experiencing anything less than a fresh scent down there this stuff is absolutely incredible! Within three days of use, my microbiome was completely changed for the better if you know what I mean 😉. This stuff f*$&ing works!!!!
